General Questions

  • Does www.dogwalkers.com list other services other than JUST Dog Walking?
  • YES YES YES!! Many of our clients do more then just walk dogs. Many of them offer services such as meals for pets, grooming, cat walking, special need visits and many more areas of interest to pet lovers. Our goal is to target the pet sitting industry but at the same time still let our clients list all of their services because it's important pet owners know what is available for their loved ones. If you disagree with our policy, we understand and maybe in the future we will stick to solely dog walking however we love all animals.

  • Do you give refunds?
  • YES & NO!! After 2 weeks the contract you will sign or signed states that your money is no longer refundable. We do this because we have to. One of the great things about our service is we give you a super-relevant and really strong link to your site. That link alone is worth more then we charge believe it or not. Webmasters will use our services for a link and quickly revoke their memberships if we gave the money back all the time. That isn't fair however we always can refund the money if we feel your special case deems appropriate for a refund. We love making money however we love the pets more.
  • Do you offer ANYTHING FOR FREE???
  • Yup. If you're a dog walker or pet sitter looking for a job, we have a section where you can post your photos, bio and details about yourself for free with hopes you land a job. We also have free @dogwalkers.com email addresses! Soon we will have a free blog for those looking to establish themselves in the petsitting community. We also offer as a package a free year if you link back to us with the purchase of 1 or more years of service. You can see our packages here
